  • How does our valet service work on the day of your departure?

    To book valet parking, visit www.le-voiturier-lyonnais.fr : ON THE DAY YOU DROP OFF YOUR VEHICLE Call your valet 30 minutes before you arrive at your terminal drop-off point. His/her number is given in the confirmation email. If your actual time differs from that indicated when you booked, our team will do everything necessary to collect you as quickly as possible. If you need assistance, please contact us on 09 71 05 71 64 . PICK-UP Your valet will be waiting for you at the drop-off point of your departure terminal. He will help you with your luggage, carry out a FREE inventory of your vehicle and then drive it immediately to our secure car park located 2 km from the airport entrance.
  • How does our valet service work when you return to the airport?

    ON THE DAY YOU RETURN YOUR VEHICLE As soon as you have collected your luggage, call your valet. He or she will take your car to the meeting point just outside your arrival terminal at Lyon Saint-Exupéry airport. RETURN Your valet will return your vehicle to you outside your arrival terminal. If your return flight is changed or cancelled, contact our customer service department on 09 71 05 71 64 from Monday to Saturday between 9am and 5pm.     When you made your first booking, you entered your personal details. If you have created a customer account, this information will be retrieved automatically, saving you time.
  • How can I pay for my reservation for your valet service?

    Directly on our website, by credit card; payment is fully secured by our bank.
  • Will I receive an invoice for my booking?

    Absolutely, your booking confirmation e-mail will also contain an invoice.
